Last Updated: November 6, 2025

Welcome to Bright Nonprofit (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, platform, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our website or Services.

1. Eligibility and Use of Services

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with our systems or networks
  • Copy or resell our content, technology, or branding for commercial gain without prior written consent

2. Intellectual Property

All materials on this site — including text, graphics, logos, software, videos, and other content — are the property of Bright Nonprofit or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our materials without written permission
  • Use our trademarks, trade dress, or branding in a way that may cause confusion or imply endorsement

3. Subscription, Billing, and Renewal

Bright Nonprofit operates on a subscription basis. By signing up, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan (monthly or annual).

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Payment Methods: You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for recurring fees until you cancel. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is received.

Pricing and available plans are subject to change. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated in advance.

4. Free Trials

New users may receive a seven-day free trial. During this period, you may cancel at any time and request a full refund. If you do not cancel within seven days, billing will begin automatically based on your selected plan.

Trials may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@brightnonprofit.com. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.

Refunds

  • A full refund is available only if you cancel within your initial seven-day trial period.
  • After the trial, no refunds are provided for monthly or annual plans.
  • Services such as hosting, updates, and software licensing begin immediately upon activation and remain active through the paid term.

After Cancellation
When you cancel, your website and all associated services remain active until the end of your paid term unless you request immediate termination. You are responsible for exporting or backing up your data prior to cancellation.

Policy Updates
We may modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Updates will apply only to future subscriptions or renewals.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, failed to pay required fees, or engaged in conduct that may harm the integrity or reputation of Bright Nonprofit.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will end, and all data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • Bright Nonprofit makes no warranties or guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or suitability for a particular purpose.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including data loss or third-party integrations.
